I will procure pressure vessel calculations and a drawing

For the Standard Package, I will procure ASME BPVC Section VIII-1 calculations with an Engineering Drawing. This will include all parts of the vessel including shells, heads, body flanges, nozzles with loads applied, and supports. Additionally, I will define hydro test pressure, NDE, weights, and seismic and wind details according to your specifications. I am an expert user in Codeware Compress and am also willing to use other programs should you want to do so. I can also procure spreadsheets for calculations not contained in Compress and other pressure vessel software. The calculation package will be supplied to you when finished.

A drawing will be produced with a BOM, dimensions, and weld symbols. I can also work with your drafting team and produce mark-ups to your drawings and co-sign on your drawings.

For the basic package, I will produce preliminary sizing based on user-supplied inputs (pressure, temp, volume, material), ASME Section VIII Division 1 code checks for one component (e.g., shell, head, or nozzle), or a summary of wall thickness or dimensions.

For the premium package, I will add on a report to describe the final pressure vessel product in detail.
