What is your standard turn-around time?
My standard delivery time is 2 to 3 days for standard scripts. This window ensures your tracks are recorded using professional studio gear, meticulously edited, and delivered completely polished. Shorter scripts may be competed 2 days or less.
Do I need to buy Commercial / Broadcast Rights?
If the voiceover will be used for any business-related, internal, or non-paid marketing purposes (like company websites, corporate training, or social media) then you can purchase Commercial Rights. If you are running paid internet/TV/radio ads, please purchase Full Broadcast Rights.
What is your revision policy?
Every order includes 2 free revisions for pacing, small mistakes or tone adjustments. Script changes made after the voiceover has been recorded are not covered and will require purchasing an additional revision.
What file format will I receive, and what is your studio setup?
I deliver high-quality, mastered WAV files (or MP3 upon request) recorded in a professionally acoustically treated studio. All tracks are delivered pristine, with breaths and distracting background noises meticulously edited out.
How should I submit my script?
Please submit your script as a clear, final .doc, .docx, or .txt file. If there are specific acronyms, technical terms, or company names with unusual pronunciations, please include phonetic notes or an audio guide to ensure perfect delivery!
