Something in your Azure environment is broken and you have already lost a day or two to it.
I am a cloud architect with 20 years in IT and over a decade on Azure, currently working in healthcare where downtime is not an option. Diagnosing infrastructure problems is what I do.
WHAT I FIX
Networking. VNet peering and routing, subnets, network security groups, user-defined routes, VPN and ExpressRoute gateways, Azure Firewall, Application Gateway and Load Balancer, private endpoints, private DNS zones, connectivity that works from one place but not another.
Identity and access. Entra ID, RBAC assignments and inheritance, managed identities, service principals, permissions that are too tight to work or too loose to be safe.
Deployments that fail. App Service and AKS issues, VMs unreachable after a change, Bicep or Terraform errors, pipeline failures.
HOW I WORK
You describe the problem and share logs, config, or access. I find the actual cause instead of guessing, fix it, and explain in plain language what was wrong and how to keep it from happening again.
If it turns out to be a five-minute change you can make yourself, I will tell you that.

FAQ
Do you need Owner access to my subscription?
No. For diagnosis, logs, resource configuration exports, and screenshots are usually enough. If a fix requires changes, a Reader role plus a screen share works well, and you stay in control of every change. I will never ask for global admin credentials.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within a few hours. Message me before ordering and I will tell you honestly when I can begin.
What if you cannot fix it?
If it is outside what I can solve, I will tell you before you order. If that only becomes clear once we are underway, I will cancel and you get a full refund.
Do you work with AWS too?
Yes, I have a separate gig for AWS. This one is Azure only so that the scope stays clear.
Which package should I choose?
Basic if you want to know what is wrong and fix it yourself. Standard if you want it diagnosed and fixed. Premium for several issues or a broader look at your networking and access configuration. If you are unsure, describe the problem and I will tell you which fits, including if that is the cheapes
