Yes, I'll recreate PDF/Image from scratch i.e. starting work from a blank page and manually building everything step by step. In this way, there won't be any formatting issues and you will get a clean word doc with perfect format unlike PDF-Word Conversion which NEVER gives perfect format.
How fast can you deliver in urgent situation?
I will say it totally depend upon the project some projects (i.e 2-5 pages) can be done within few minutes to few hours and other projects 5-10 pages can be done within 5-6 hours or less depending on your document size, topic etc. Most urgent I have deliver was within 10 minutes.
