What If I Don't Like the Video Style?
We will send you a draft video to review the style. If you want changes or prefer a different format, we will work with you until you are completely satisfied.
In Which File Format Will I Receive the Delivered Video?
The final video will be delivered in "MP4" format with FULL HD quality (1080p). If you need the video in a different format, just let us know, and we can accommodate your request.
Can You Incorporate My Own Voice-Over into the Video?
Yes, we can incorporate your voice-over. Please provide it in mp3 or wav format, and we will synchronize it with the animation.
What Is Your Revision Policy?
Revisions are available for animation only. Changes to the voice-over will incur additional costs unless the error is on our part, in which case the revision is free.
Can I Use the Video for Advertising or Other Commercial Purposes?
