You should not save the delivery file as a zip archive, instead, you should change the file extension to (.PBIX) is the original file extension of Power BI Desktop files.

Please share the table with dummy data. Once the visuals and dashboard are completed, you can replace the dummy data with original data. 100% support will be provided to the smooth transition of original data.
