Project Online is approaching end of life. I help organizations choose the right system and migrate smoothly.
Need to move your entire project-management system? I also migrate PMOs between tools with a clear plan and low risk.
What you get: readiness assessment, clear roadmap, data/process migration, governance, training, and post-go-live support.
Platforms: Microsoft (Project Online Planner/Power Platform), Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Primavera P6, and others.
Why me: Top 1% Upwork, PMP, 15+ years building PMOs; delivered for a national regulator, a GCC higher-ed network, and North American manufacturers/IT leaders.

Clients I’ve worked with
Autoplicity
Since May 2020, I have worked with Autoplicity as a business intelligence, database, and dashboard developer. I introduced Microsoft Power BI, integrated data from databases, file storage, and external systems, and built sales, financial, and operational dashboards. I also trained the client’s team to use these dashboards. The result was a reporting layer used daily by executives, managers.

FAQ
What exactly is retiring and when?
Project Online (the cloud service accessed via Project Web App/PWA). It will not be available after September 30, 2026. Not affected: Project desktop
What exactly gets migrated—and what might not?
Core items (projects, tasks, assignees, custom fields) are mapped. Comments/history/attachments/timesheets depend on each tool’s APIs; where 1:1 isn’t possible, I provide structured exports or practical equivalents.
Do automations migrate?
We rebuild them in the target (Power Automate, Jira/Asana/ClickUp automations, etc.).
How long will it take and what’s the process?
Typical path: paid assessment → pilot → full migration → training → hypercare. Timelines depend on users, project count, and policies; you’ll get a detailed runbook with scope, risks, and estimates after the assessment.
NDA/security?
Happy to sign and work in your tenant.
