A dynamic simulation model is just a medium that can help understand system capabilities, expose risks, and uncover system potentials. Developing and running the model is not a single sided action, I see this more as a team effort where both the client and I work towards the same goal, which is to reach maximum efficiency of any operation.

You will need to provide the inputs, agree on assumptions, and help me understand the operation. I will then translate that into a dynamic simulation model, verify the model, and provide insights. We both work together towards meeting the required objectives.

Rather than offer packages that would mean nothing to you as a client, I would suggest that you send through your project needs and I will come up with a plan and a cost. My pricing is rahter simple, and is based on estimated days of work.
