With over ten years experience in Customer Service, I offer expert customer service duties/tasks including email handling, telephone handling, typing and virtual assistant.

I am professional, dedicated, dependable and customer oriented. I take pride in my work and always ensure that the finished product is presentable, and is of a high standard as I believe that the Customer is King.

I have Secretarial, Customer Service and Sales experience in the Shipping Industry, where I have worked for a number of years and this has allowed me to hone my craft.
