What file format do you accept?
CSV or Excel (.xlsx). If Excel, I will convert and return CSV unless you need both.
Can you fix Shopify import error messages?
Yes, if you send the exact error text or screenshot. Many errors are column names, variants, or duplicate handles.
How many products (SKUs) are included in each package?
Basic: up to 50 SKUs. Standard: up to 200. Premium: up to 500. Message me if you have more — I will send a custom offer.
Do you need access to my Shopify store?
Usually no. I work on your file. If I need to verify after import, I may ask for collaborator access only.
What if my CSV has multiple languages or marketplaces?
Message me first with a sample row. Simple multi-column setups are OK. Complex marketplace feeds may need Premium or custom scope.
How fast is delivery?
Basic and Standard: 2 days. Premium: 1 day. Large files may need extra time — I will confirm before you order.
