FAQ
What do I need to get started?
To achieve the desired results a clear brief with detailed instructions are needed and the provided photos (JPG, PNG, TIFF, etc.) need to be in their highest resolution or ideally in a RAW format. A better quality image will give you great results.
What do I have to do after placing an order?
As soon as you place an order please make sure you gave all the necessary instructions. Double-check if all the images are attached correctly and the download link (Dropbox or Google Drive) is working properly.
What are the extra costs ?
Everything that is not included in the order requirements will be charged extra, so please make sure to write a clear and detailed brief when ordering.
What type of files can be edited?
I can edit any type of photos, however, it is recommended to use the RAW images (if possible) because the retouching process will be more flexible, with a wider color range.
What file format will I be receiving?
The final image will be delivered in the same resolution and format that the buyer provided. Everything that is not listed in the requirements (such as delivery in another format) can be charged extra.
Can you fix a blurry photo?
Yes, but with are LIMITATIONS. If the picture is taken blurry there is no way a program can reconstruct details that are not present or lost.
Is there anything you don't edit?
I do not edit vector illustrations, documents, abusive or illegal content, and trademark logos. I only edit the images for which the buyer owns the rights.
Is your display calibrated ?
I work on a professionally BENQ - 10-bit - 100% sRGB calibrated display
