I've spent most of my career in Customer Support (10+ years) over three markets - Australia Europe and US (physically and digitally). As a CS leader, I have hired talents for entry level positions who have shown incredible initiative, knowledge and self-sufficiency.

The reason why I've decided to post this ad was due to most talents I've interviewed and hired over the years have been very successful at their job, with some amazing statistics and career progressions. I have an instinct for pure talent in the Corporate world and why not help other organizations source the same. I mostly source talent in Serbia and the region, and have strict and disciplined criteria. I have interviewed via Zoom, Skype, Google Meet. Constantly growing network.

I like to review and understand what the job description/role is that I'm hiring for, and who the company is at the root. I do this, so I can make sure we're working together to find the best possible candidate. I'll take my time to find the perfect candidate.
