You need to provide clear photos of your existing facade/exterior, basic measurements (if available), and any design references or ideas you prefer.

What if I don't have CAD drawings or floor plans?

No problem at all! Clear photos taken from different angles with basic dimensions are enough for me to create an accurate 3D model.

What software do you use for 3D modeling and rendering?

I use professional architectural software including SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, and Corona Renderer to deliver photorealistic quality.

Can you design both the facade and the surrounding landscape?

Yes! Depending on the package you choose, I can design integrated landscape features such as gardens, outdoor lighting, pathways, and green walls.

How many revisions are included in my order?

Revisions depend on the selected package (from 2 to Unlimited). Revisions cover adjustments to materials, colors, lighting, and minor design details

Will I receive the source file of the 3D model?

Source files (.SKP, .FBX, or .OBJ) are included in the Premium package or can be added as a Gig Extra for Basic and Standard packages.

Can you provide a night-view render with artificial lighting?
