How does "Hours of Work" relate to entry count?
Hours of Work is the time I dedicate to your data entry. Basic = 2 hours (~100 entries), Standard = 5 hours (~300 entries), Premium = 10 hours (~800 entries). Actual count depends on complexity — short text fields go faster than multi-column entries with formatting requirements.
Can you handle Indonesian source documents?
Yes — this is one of my key strengths. I read Bahasa Indonesia fluently, so I can enter data from Indonesian PDFs, faktur (invoices), kuitansi (receipts), Tokopedia/Shopee listings, government forms, and other Indonesian business documents into your English or Indonesian templates.
Do you guarantee accuracy?
I commit to 99%+ accuracy and double-check work before delivery. If you find errors, I fix them under your revision allowance at no extra cost. For mission-critical data (financial, legal), I recommend Standard or Premium packages which include validation and quality cleanup steps.
What output format do you deliver?
Default: Excel (.xlsx) or Google Sheets. Other formats: Word document, PDF, CSV, or your custom template. If you have a specific column structure or template, share it before ordering and I'll match it exactly. No charge for using your template.
