Hours of Work is the time I dedicate to your research. Basic = 2 hours (~50 entries), Standard = 5 hours (~200 entries), Premium = 10 hours (~500 entries). Actual entries depend on research complexity — single-source lookups go faster than multi-source verification.
Can you research from Indonesian sources?
Yes — this is my main differentiator. I read both English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently, so I can research from local sources like Tokopedia, Shopee, BPS, OJK, BKPM, KBLI directory, and Indonesian industry publications. Useful for market entry research or competitor analysis.
Do you guarantee data accuracy?
I cross-verify every entry from at least 2 sources where possible and include source URLs in the deliverable so you can spot-check. Accuracy aim is 95%+ for verified leads. For email addresses, I clearly mark which are verified vs. inferred. No fake or scraped junk data.
Can you handle handwritten or scanned source documents?
Yes. I can transcribe legible handwritten notes or scanned documents into Excel/Word. Send me a sample first so I can confirm legibility and quote accurately. For OCR conversion of large scanned documents, that's a different gig — message me to discuss.
What output format do you deliver?
Default: Excel (.xlsx) or Google Sheets. Other formats available: Word document, PDF, CSV, or your own template. Each row includes verified data + source URL. Premium package includes a brief summary or analysis report alongside the raw data.
Will you sign an NDA before research?
bsolutely. Send me your NDA template before sharing sensitive details (e.g., target competitor names, internal lists). Confidentiality is standard practice. I delete all source material and deliverables from my system 30 days after delivery.
Can you do bulk research beyond 500 entries?
Yes — for projects beyond 500 entries, message me with your full scope and I'll send a custom offer. I can scale up by adding more hours via the "Additional Hours" extra, or we can structure it as a multi-milestone project for very large volumes.
