No. HEXA works directly inside WhatsApp. Your customers just message your existing WhatsApp Business number like they normally would — no app, no account, no friction.
What language does the bot speak?
HEXA automatically detects the customer's language and responds in French, Arabic, or English. You can also restrict it to one language if you prefer.
Where do the reservations get saved?
All bookings are saved in real time to a Google Sheet you have full access to. The Premium plan also includes an admin dashboard with booking analytics.
Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account?
Yes, but I handle the full setup for you. I connect your number to the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API as part of the delivery — you don't need any technical knowledge.
What happens if a customer asks something the bot can't answer?
