What is included in the mailer box design?
Depending on the selected package, you will receive outer artwork, complete inner and outer design, print-ready files, realistic mockups, source files and an optional insert card.
What is a dieline?
A dieline is the flat structural template of a box showing its panels, cut lines, fold lines, glue areas and bleed. Your artwork is placed on this template before printing.
Do I need to provide a dieline?
A printer-provided dieline is preferred. If you do not have one, send me the exact box dimensions and style. Custom dieline creation can be added as an extra service.
What is a 3D mockup?
A 3D mockup is a realistic visual preview showing how your finished mailer box may look after printing and assembly. It is useful for approval, presentations, websites and social media.
Why do I need source files?
Source files are editable working files that allow future text, color or layout changes. They are included in the Premium package or available as an extra.
Can you design the inside and outside of the box?
Yes. Complete inner and outer artwork is included in the Standard and Premium packages. The Basic package includes outer artwork only.
Can you design thank-you or insert cards?
Yes. One matching insert card is included in the Premium package and can also be ordered separately.
Do you accept urgent orders?
Yes, depending on my availability and the complexity of the project. Please message me before ordering an extra-fast delivery.
