Projecting the amount of time a project will take with a detailed Gantt Chart that will enable you to view the estimated distribution of funds necessary per week as well as what work will occur on what dates. Includes a Gantt Chart updated by week.

• Contractor Management

Finding bids, comparing the quotes and finding the best contractors for the work required, day to day communications, expectation setting and clear contract management. Includes a broken down scope of work with timeline for each contractor to sign and abide by.
