About this Gig
Professional bilingual Shanghai trade show support: from basic info collection, one-day on-site assistance to full pre-event, on-site and follow-up service.
Basic Package
Arrange complete exhibition information, including overall scale, number of exhibitors, estimated visitor volume, venue layout and visiting guides. No on-site service included.
Standard Package
Professional on-site support
For visitors: Accompany you to visit exhibitions, or attend events on your behalf. Help with business talks, relevant info collection, price negotiation and sample delivery.
For exhibitors: Assist daily customer reception during the exhibition.
Brief summary provided. Pre & post schedule services are excluded.
Premium Package
All-round full service
1. Pre-service: Within 2 days prior to your working schedule, contact suppliers, confirm appointments, arrange hotel and sample delivery.
2. On-site: Full assistance in business negotiation, sample confirmation and all on-site business matters.
3. Post-service: Within 2 days after your work ends, conduct supplier follow-up.
All services limited within 5 days. Extra work charged separately.

Do you ship physical materials internationally?
Yes, but this is an additional service. Please message me to discuss shipping costs and options.
How is transportation cost calculated?
Transportation is based on actual expenses. I use standard local taxi or ride-hailing services (Didi) and will provide a screenshot of the fare as proof. It is not a fixed fee.
Can you help me source suppliers or connect with exhibitors at the show?
Yes, I can assist with targeted supplier sourcing and exhibitor outreach as an add-on service. Message me for details.
Do you offer multi-day on-site attendance?
Yes, multi-day attendance is available. Please contact me for a custom quote based on your needs.
How to charge for multiple days of standard service?
Charge by single day, book days as you need, each day counts one standard service. Working hours follow exhibition time, max 8 hours daily.
What pre-service does Premium package include?
Pre-connect target suppliers, confirm meeting schedules, gather relevant product information, and provide hotel arrangement suggestions before your visit.
What post-service does Premium package include?
Free follow-up within 2 days after the show. Extra charge for further contact afterwards.
Do you offer extra services after exhibition?
Yes, I provide accompanying dining, sightseeing and local tour guide service. I can also go with you to meet suppliers and business partners off-site as your companion. All are optional extra services.
How do you charge for local guide extra service?
I charge by day, 8 hours per full day at $130. Time within half day is charged as half day rate, over half day will be counted as one full day.
Can I hire you for on-site booth support?
Sure. I can assist you with guest reception, client communication and product demonstration at your exhibition booth.
