What is the difference in the packages?
The difference mainly is in detailing. In basic package detailing will be very less in comparison to premium. You can check standard and premium detailing difference in the gig sample. To see the basic sample you can contact us anytime.
What does design style change means?
Suppose, your initial requirement for a design was to draw a cartoon character of a dog. But later after delivering your design you asked to create a realistic version of the dog. In such cases conversion of cartoon to realistic will be considered as design style change. For this we charge extra.
What does design concept change means?
Suppose, your initial requirement was to have a side facing character. Later in revision you are looking for front faced version. Then it will be considered as design concept change. In such cases we charge extra as in revision we need to draw whole character again.
In which format the source file will be?
We mostly work in Adobe Illustrator so generally source file will be in ai. Though in some cases to match particular style preference we provide Adobe Photoshop (psd) as the source file. If you need the design in particular format apart from ai/psd then discuss before ordering.
How much time require for revisions?
Generally we take 1 day for revision but depending on minor & major changes time can decrease or increase as well.
Is delivery time includes revisions as well?
No. It denotes the time required to deliver the first draft only.
May I get revision after order completion?
No, we provide revision, only for active orders.
