FAQ
What files do I need to provide to get started?
Please provide your logo in high resolution with a transparent background (.PNG, .AI, .EPS, or .PSD format). If you only have text or a slogan, just send it over
What if I don't have a transparent background (.PNG) logo?
No worries! Just send me whatever image format you have (JPG/JPEG), and I can extract or convert your logo with a transparent background for a small extra charge
Can you match the animation colors with my brand theme?
Yes, absolutely. Just mention your preferred color codes or brand guidelines when placing the order, and I will tailor the effects and background accordingly.
Is the background music and sound effects included?
Yes, every package includes royalty-free background music and matching sound effects (SFX) that complement the motion and style of the animation.
