❓ What exactly do I get in each package?
3, 6, or 12 custom campaign emails — every one strategised, written, and designed for your brand, then built and scheduled into your Klaviyo account on agreed send dates. The 12-pack includes a full monthly send calendar. Nothing is templated, and nothing is left as drafts for you to finish.
❓ Do you write the copy and design the emails yourself?
Yes — copy and design are both included and both custom. I write in your brand voice and design to match your store. You approve the campaign plan before anything is built, so the direction is agreed before design starts.
❓ Will you schedule the campaigns in my account?
Yes. Every campaign is built in your Klaviyo account and scheduled on the send dates we agree. When the order completes, your sending is set up and ready to go out — you don't have to touch anything.
❓ What do you need from me to start?
Klaviyo access, your store URL, brand assets (logo, fonts, colours if you have them), and any promos or launches you want covered. A short intake form takes about 10 minutes — I handle strategy, copy, design, build and scheduling from there.
❓ Can you run my email marketing every month?
Yes — that's my full management service: monthly campaigns plus A/B testing, flow optimisation, segmentation maintenance, and month-end reporting. It's sold as a custom offer so it's priced for your store size. Message me and I'll walk you through it.
❓What does the revision include?
One revision round covering copy and design tweaks across the delivered campaigns. Because you approve the campaign plan before I build, revisions are usually small refinements — colours, phrasing, image swaps — not re-dos. Extra rounds can be added as a gig extra.
❓ Do you work with Omnisend too?
Yes — I'm certified in both. This gig is Klaviyo; check my profile for the identical Omnisend version. Not sure which platform fits your store? Message me and I'll tell you straight.
❓ Why are you cheaper than an agency?
