QuickBooks Online, Zoho Books, and Saldeo. If you use a different platform, message me first and I'll let you know if I can work with it.
What file formats can I send my invoices in?
PDFs, scanned images, photos, email forwards, or a folder export — whatever's easiest for you. If your invoices are in a language other than English, I can also work with Ukrainian or Russian documents directly.
Do you set up my chart of accounts, or do I need one already?
Either works. If you already have a chart of accounts, I'll categorize everything to match it. If you don't, I'll suggest a standard set of categories based on your business type as part of the order.
What if I have more invoices than my package covers?
No problem — just add the "Additional 50 invoices" extra at checkout, or message me before ordering and I'll help you pick the right package so nothing gets left out.
Do you prepare financial statements like a P&L or balance sheet?
Not as part of this gig — my focus here is accurate invoice entry and categorization. If you need full financial statement preparation, let me know and we can discuss it separately.
