Each attempt will be counted as a call. Whether it is voicemail, invalid number, or I no answer. So if someone has two cell phone numbers and asked me to call both, it will be counted as two calls. Call recordings are not available as they can go against some privacy policies in cold calling.

We can get more than the provided number or even zero. We can't presume anything in cold calling. I usually set 2-3 appointments out of 100 calls, 10-15 out of 500 cold calls. THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEED NUMBER...!
