1. Do I need to ship you my product?
For physical products, yes. Shipping to Lithuania can take 1–3 weeks from outside the EU, so please factor that in. The delivery clock starts when the product arrives, not when you order. Apps, websites, software and services need nothing shipped.
2. Do you write the script?
Standard and Premium include script writing. Send me your product, your audience and the one thing you want people to remember, and I'll write it. On Basic you send the script and I film it as written.
3. Can I run the video as a paid ad?
Premium includes unlimited usage rights covering paid ads. On Basic and Standard you get 3 and 6 months of use, and you can ask me for a custom offer.
4. What settings can you film in?
Home and kitchen, outdoors and hiking, cafes, and while travelling. If you need a specific setting, ask before ordering and I'll tell you honestly whether I can get it.
5. Do you film in English too?
Yes. I have a separate English UGC gig. Message me if you want both language versions of the same video and I'll send a combined offer.
6. What industries do you work with?
Tech and SaaS, apps and websites, food, travel companies, beauty and personal care, and physical products generally. I don't take gambling, betting or alcohol work.
7. What do you need from me to start?
