Which audio file format should I send?
WAV is best for top quality. MP3 (192 kbps or higher) works great too. M4A and FLAC are also fine. Please send the final, mastered version of your audio.
Can I get vertical or square videos?
Yes. I can make any size: 16:9 for YouTube, 9:16 for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, 1:1 and 4:5 for Instagram. Each package includes one size. Extra sizes can be added with a Gig Extra.
Do you use or sell templates?
No, I don't sell templates. Every visualizer is designed from scratch around your track's genre, mood and message, so it looks like it belongs to your audio and not to a stock preset.
Can you add my logo, cover art and social links?
Yes. Send your logo, cover art, artist or channel name and any links (Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, Instagram). Logo is included in all packages; full branding starts at Standard.
How long can my audio be?
Up to 3, 5 or 10 minutes depending on the package. Need more, like a full podcast or audiobook chapter? Add the Extra Running Time Gig Extra or message me for a custom offer.
What will I receive and how many revisions do I get?
You get a watermark-free MP4 in your package quality (1080p 30fps, 1080p 60fps or 4K 60fps). Revisions: 1, 2 or 3 by package, and extra revisions are a Gig Extra. Send clear notes like colors, speed or text changes, and I will update it quickly.
Can I get my visualizer within 24 hours?
Delivery depends on my workload. For a deadline under 24 hours, please message me before ordering. If I have space, I will send you a custom offer.
Can you make a Spotify Canvas?
Yes. Add the Spotify Canvas Gig Extra. You get a looping 9:16 MP4 of up to 8 seconds, 1080x1920, without audio, ready to upload in Spotify for Artists.
