You need 2 Ubuntu 18.04 or Ubuntu 16.04 server . 1 for Postal SMTP Server and 1 for Mauic application . Also need 1 domain for your won email Address .
The SMTP server will deliver email to the key inbox ?
Yes . Your email land in inbox . Here some condition and this is the main part of email marketing . If you campaign title and content unique and safe your email definitely land in inbox . But when create this sever its has no ip reputations . so you need to warm up before send lots of email .
What is IP warm up ?
IP warm up means your server reputations . When this server create its is band new . Big smtp server like (gmail, yahoo , outlook ) don't know who are you . So you need to build your ip reputations day by day . If you send lots of email from the first day your email will land in spam . I guide you
Can I connect this server from any Email Sender application?
Yes, It's a standard SMTP Server and you can use it with any email client applications with username , password also api .
Why need enable port 25 or 587 ?
SMTP server working on this port . Most of vps company block this port for spam. so you need to enable it .
