Here is what I have noticed working with startups and enterprises both. Most development projects do not fail because of bad code. They fail because the wrong things get built first. Features get prioritized over architecture, speed gets prioritized over structure, and six months in, the whole thing needs to be redone. I have seen this enough times that avoiding it is now just part of how I work.
What I do is take a product from idea to life. Discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, the whole thing. Not as separate handoffs but as one continuous process where each stage informs the next. Till you start seeing actual revenue and users.

Yes, but I will also tell you when moving fast is costing you. There is a difference between moving quickly and cutting corners that you will pay for later. Part of what I bring is knowing when to push and when to slow down for five minutes and make the right decision.
We already have a development team. Can you come in as an additional senior resource?
Yes. Whether you need someone to lead architecture decisions, review what is already built, or just add capacity to an existing team, I can plug in at whatever level makes sense.
