Do you work with early stage ideas or only established products?
Mostly early stage. If you have an idea but nothing built yet, that is actually where I do my best work. We start from scratch and build around your actual processes rather than forcing you into a template.
Do you handle both design and development or do I need a separate team?
Both. That is kind of the point. Having one person who understands the full picture means nothing gets lost in translation between design and dev.
I am not very technical. Will I understand what is happening throughout the process?
Yes. I keep communication straightforward and jargon-free. You will always know where things stand.
What is needed from my side for HIPAA compliance?
You will have to provide me access to your AWS account, and you will have to send me the Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for signatures. I will take care of the remaining items.
How do you ensure HIPAA compliance and other security requirements are being met?
I use Wiz.io and similar platforms internally to generate security vulnerability reports and ensure that everything is secure.
