I help independent authors and publishers turn finished manuscripts into beautifully typeset, publication-ready books. With 5+ years of experience, I specialize in paperback, hardcover, and Kindle EPUB formatting for Amazon KDP and IngramSpark. My approach combines readable typography, refined chapter openings, consistent styling, and careful technical preparation. From fiction and memoirs to detailed nonfiction, I tailor each interior to the book—not a generic template. Backed by 1,500+ Fiverr reviews, I value clear communication and professional results.
My Portfolio
FAQ
1. What do I need to send you to get started?
Your final, edited manuscript in Word (.docx), your trim size (for example 5 x 8 or 6 x 9), and any images, logos or fonts you want used. If you have books you like the look of, send a photo or link and I'll match the style.
2. Do you format both the ebook and the paperback?
Yes. I can format the Kindle ebook, the paperback, the hardcover, or all three. The Standard and Premium package includes every version so your book looks consistent everywhere it is sold.
3. Will my files be accepted by Amazon KDP and IngramSpark?
Yes. I set trim size, margins, gutter and bleed to each platform's current rules and test every file in Kindle Previewer and KDP's print previewer before delivery. If a platform flags anything, I fix it free.
4. Do you use a template or format by hand?
Every book is formatted by hand in Microsoft Word. I never run your manuscript through an automatic converter, so chapter openings, page breaks and spacing are checked page by page.
5. Do you edit or proofread my manuscript?
Formatting does not include editing. I keep your text exactly as you send it. If I spot an obvious typo or a missing chapter while working, I'll flag it for you rather than change it.
6. Can you format books with images, tables or footnotes?
Yes. I format photos, illustrations, tables, footnotes, endnotes and text-message (chat bubble) scenes. Each package lists how many images it includes. For image-heavy books, message me first for a custom offer.
7. How many revisions do I get?
Every package includes unlimited revisions for formatting changes. If you rewrite or add large sections of text after delivery, it may require a separate quote.
8. Which file formats will I receive?
Ebook: EPUB. Print: a print-ready PDF for each trim size. Ask for the editable source file if you'd like it so you can make small changes later.
9. Can you format books in German, Italian or Spanish?
Yes. I work in English, German, Italian and Spanish, so I handle the right quotation marks, hyphenation and punctuation for each language. Mention the language when you order.
10. My book is long. Can I still order?
Yes. Packages are priced by word count. For books over the Premium word limit, or with special layouts, message me first and I'll send a custom offer.
