What do you need from me to start?
Your data (file export or connection details), the 3–5 questions the dashboard must answer, and any branding requirements. I confirm scope and approach before starting — no surprises at delivery.
Can you connect directly to my database?
Yes — SQL Server, Snowflake, ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, and most common sources. For live connections I'll need read-only credentials or a VPN/gateway arrangement; a data export works fine if you'd rather not share access.
My existing dashboard is slow or shows wrong numbers. Can you fix it instead of rebuilding?
Yes, and it's often the better option. Most "broken dashboard" problems live in the data model, not the visuals. Send me the file and I'll tell you honestly whether it needs a fix or a rebuild before you order.
