Yes! You can provide a rough hand-drawn sketch, a PDF, or a Google Maps link. I will use AutoCAD to scale and convert your references into a professional 2d site plan or 2d master plan
Will this site plan be accepted for city permits?
I draft all plans with professional accuracy based on standard guidelines. However, since zoning laws vary by city, please share your local setbacks and rules beforehand so I can implement them perfectly.
What file formats will I receive in the final delivery?
You will receive high-resolution, print-ready PDF, JPEG, or PNG files. If you need the native, editable AutoCAD source file (.DWG), it is included in the premium package or can be added as a gig extra
