Eligibility and verification: We will verify future dates and appointments that are scheduled in advance. We will pull out the maximum next 5 working days appointment reports and verify those according to the date of service. And update the customised breakdown form in the provider tool. The office will receive future reports 2 days prior to the appointment. It will help you to prepare a treatment plan and will give you enough time to communicate with the patient in case their policies are inactive.

Plan Creation and Evaluation: We will create a new plan for a group or employer with corresponding benefits that are not available in PMS. And if the plan is available in the system, update the plan inpatient file as per office instruction.
