I help businesses eliminate repetitive administrative work by designing practical automation systems around how they already operate. I built a production automation system for my own company covering customer intake, job tracking, contractor dispatch, estimates, scheduling, approvals, payments, marketing workflows, and lifecycle management. I work with Google Apps Script, Google Sheets, APIs, integrations, AI-assisted workflows, automated routing, logging, and human-in-the-loop controls.
