I'm Seungyeon, a graphic designer with 7+ years of experience in apparel graphics, branding and merch. My background includes in-house design for fashion brands and running my own Etsy T-shirt shop, Otterly Cozy.

What do you need to get started?
Please share your idea, reference images, exact wording, garment color, and preferred placement. If you have a printing method or your printer's file requirements, please include those too.
Can I order without a fully developed idea?
Yes! A general idea or a few reference images are enough to start the conversation. If you're unsure which package to choose, message me before ordering so we can confirm the direction and scope.
Are editable source files included?
Editable source files are included with Premium. For Basic and Standard, they are available at an additional cost. Please contact me before ordering to confirm the format and editing options. Not all artwork is vector-based.
What is included in a revision?
Revisions cover adjustments to the agreed concept, such as colors, placement, and small details. A new concept, different illustration, or major change in direction is not included and requires an additional quote.
Can I use the final design commercially?
Yes, all packages include commercial use of the final design on apparel and merchandise, including products sold through your brand, Etsy shop, or print on demand store.
Do you provide physical clothing or embroidery files?
No. This is a digital graphic design service only. Physical clothing, printing, and shipping are not included. I can design artwork with embroidery in mind, but embroidery digitizing and machine-ready embroidery files are not included.
