Revision Policy
I always aim to nail it on initial delivery, however: My mistake, such as a pronunciation error can be fixed for free. Script changes or drastic changes to tonal direction are billed at full rate. Revisions may take 48 hours or longer depending on the project size and are for open projects only.
Can I translate the English to Khmer before recording too?
Yes, I can, but with full translation rate charged. The rate for the translation will be $10 per 300 words.
What are important notes that I need from the client?
Aside from requiring your script, I will need to know what tone & pace you'd like me to perform, as well as pronunciation details of any words or names that are uncommon in Cambodia, including local pronunciations that may be different elsewhere. Audio recordings & examples are encouraged.
Can you read my script timed with my video?
Yes, I can sync my voiceover to your video, but I do not edit it into the video. You will receive an AUDIO file that will be sync'd. There is an additional, non-negotiable cost of $15 per minute of syncing.
