Which Shopify package is right for my business?
Launch covers up to 10 products and 5 pages. Growth includes 35 products, 8 pages, custom sections and metafields. Scale adds 50 products, marketing integrations, 4 email flows and 1 month of SEO/AEO/GEO. Unsure? Send me your requirements for guidance.
Will my Shopify store be custom designed? Can you redesign my existing store?
Yes! I build new Shopify stores and redesign existing ones around your brand. I customize themes such as Horizon, including layouts, colors and sections within your package scope. Every store is mobile-responsive. Share your current store or design references so we can discuss the direction.
Can you develop custom Shopify apps or advanced functionality?
Yes! My team can develop custom Shopify apps, integrations and advanced functionality. These are quoted separately based on your requirements and are not automatically included in store packages. Message me with the feature you need so we can confirm the scope, cost and timeline.
What do you need from me to get started?
Please share your brand assets, product details and images, page content, design references and required features. For an existing Shopify store, provide its URL and collaborator access code. If you haven't created a store or some content isn't ready, message me so we can agree on the next steps.
Are Shopify subscriptions, premium themes and paid apps included?
Package prices cover the agreed design and development work. Your Shopify subscription, domain, premium theme licenses and paid app fees are separate. We can work with a free theme such as Horizon. Any paid tools needed for your requested features will be discussed before use.
What marketing integrations are included? Will you run ads for me?
The Premium package includes marketing integrations and 4 email flows. Tracking setup can include GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking and TikTok Pixel, as agreed for your store. This covers integration and tracking setup; advertising campaigns and ad management are separate services.
What SEO is included, and when does the month of SEO start?
Basic includes homepage SEO; Standard includes basic SEO. Premium includes 1 month of SEO/AEO/GEO, starting after the website is completed. Website delivery times, including extra-fast delivery, apply to the store build. We agree on the SEO scope and schedule separately; rankings are not guaranteed.
How do revisions work? What does unlimited revisions mean?
Basic includes 3 revision rounds, Standard includes 5, and Premium includes unlimited revisions within the agreed project scope. A round is one consolidated list of changes. Additional pages, new features or a change in the agreed design direction may require a separate quote.
Can I manage my Shopify store myself? Do you offer support after delivery?
Yes! You can manage products, orders and everyday content through Shopify. I also offer aftersales assistance. We will confirm the support scope before starting, including what is covered after delivery and which future changes or ongoing maintenance require a separate quote.
