Is this multi-tenant SaaS?
It’s a full-stack app with users and tiers. We configure it as your instance. True multi-company enterprise tenancy may need extra work if not already in the code.
Do you take a cut of subscriptions?
No. Stripe pays your account. I charge for setup/service only.
Local or cloud?
Both possible. Local is fine for demo/training; real customers usually need a hosted URL. Say which you want at order start.
Who pays OpenAI/Groq/Stripe?
You. Keys and billing stay under your accounts.
Who owns the code? Part 1.
This gig is for setup and configuration of a running estimating application (login, estimates, Stripe tiers as scoped). You own: your branding (if added), your user data, your Stripe account, your API keys, and the configured instance we deploy for you.
Who owns the code? Part 2.
You do not automatically own: exclusive worldwide rights to the underlying product, or the right to resell the platform as your own SaaS to unlimited customers, unless we agree a separate source/IP license in a Custom Order.
What’s included in setup packages?
Deploy/configure, verify auth + estimate flow + Stripe path, and handoff so you can operate your instance.
Can I get the full source code?
Only if we explicitly add a Source license (Custom Order / Premium add-on). That grants rights defined in writing (e.g. internal use or single-company product use)—not an unlimited resale license unless stated.
Can I resell this to other contractors as my own software product?
Not under standard setup tiers. Resale / white-label product rights require a commercial license agreement and pricing.
Do you sell the same system to others?
Yes—unless you purchase an exclusive arrangement (rare, separate negotiation). Standard gigs are non-exclusive deployments.
