How can I place an order?
Once you have selected a package which suits your needs you can begin to place your order, you will be asked to provide as much information as you can to help me design your new logo. Alternatively, you can message me so that we can discuss your needs before you start the order :)
What are the Source and Vector files and why do I need them?
The Source File (AI) is what I created to design your logo, this can be used if you'd like to make edits to the logo. The vector file (SVG) is a vector graphic and not pixels so this image can be made larger or smaller with no loss of quality. These are not included in the basic package.
Will I own the rights to my logo design?
Yes, with my logo design service full rights ownership is transferred to you automatically upon the approval of the design.
How long will the entire process take?
The initial concepts will take the time quoted on the package selected, usually 6-8 days. After these have been delivered the speed of the project being completed is based on how quickly you reply to my modifications and how complex your revisions are :) The pace is client dependant :)
What if I don't like the designs?
It's not often that a client tells me they disliked their designs, however, should this happen, I offer unlimited revisions so I will continue to refine and redesign your logo until we create one that is perfect for you.
