What is your revision policy?
Revisions are only provided for free when I make an error with the script. Please don't abbreviate words unless that's how you want them spoken. I do not re-film for personal taste. Please send pronunciation for any unusual names or acronyms and make any special requests before ordering.
Can you return a product I send you?
Yes! Please note that a handling fee of $30 will apply if you want me to send the product back, and you must also provide a prepaid label in the original shipment.
Where are you located?
I am located in North Carolina, USA.
Do you have any pets?
Yes, I have 2 dogs (a german shepherd and a golden retriever) and a cat.
Can anyone else appear in the video?
