What do you do in this gig?
We make sure your website is GDPR / DSGVO Compliant. We are not a data protection law firm and therefore cannot guarantee protection. However, we use the same tools of the warning lawyers and can therefore protect against the common warnings with high probability.
Will my website be fully compliant with GDPR/DSGVO?
No, we cannot guarantee that the website will be 100% warning-proof. The GDPR is still a fairly new law. There are many things whose meaning is unclear so far or where a case law is pending. In Short: No. Due to the constantly changing jurisdiction, it is possible that your website will no longer be as highly protected against legal issues in the future as after the initial optimization. You can always contact us in the future to discuss a refreshed optimization.
Are you liable in case of fines due to violations of the GDPR?
No. We are not a data protection law firm. As web designers, we use GDPR Testing-Tools. Based on these checks/tools, we implement best practices to protect your website as well as possible against legal issues. However, we do not guarantee a warning security and are not liable for violations.
