What do you need from me before starting?
Please provide your store URL, affected page links, a clear description of the issue, screenshots or a short video, and your expected result. If access is required after ordering, please use official Shopify collaborator or staff access. Never send your account password.
Will you work directly on my live Shopify theme?
I normally work on a duplicate theme when possible to protect your live store. After testing, I will show you the completed changes. Publishing to the live theme will only be done after your approval or according to your instructions.
What is included in the Basic package?
The Basic package covers one small, clearly defined Shopify theme issue, such as a CSS, layout, responsive, or minor Liquid fix. Multiple issues, new features, complex cart changes, or custom sections require a higher package.
Can you create a reusable custom Shopify section?
Yes. I can build a reusable Liquid section with suitable Theme Editor settings so you can manage its text, images, colours, spacing, and other agreed content. Please share the design or reference before ordering so I can confirm the scope.
Do you fix Shopify app or checkout issues?
I can fix frontend theme conflicts caused by app code when technically accessible. App backend problems, paid app charges, custom app development, and checkout customisation are not included unless reviewed separately. Some checkout changes require Shopify Plus.
Do you provide support after delivery?
I will address issues directly related to the delivered work during the included revision period. New features, additional pages, unrelated bugs, or requests outside the agreed scope will require a separate order.
