I will configure a WhatsApp booking and enquiry assistant around your business information and booking rules.
I am Harith. My background in venue operations shapes how I design customer and staff workflows.
Depending on your selected package, the assistant can answer questions about hours and services, handle booking requests, changes and cancellations, and pass enquiries to staff. Menu files and the booking panel are included only in the packages that list them.
We start with your business details, agree the booking rules, configure the assistant and test the agreed flows together. WhatsApp activation depends on the required Meta account and number setup.
Fixed replies support English, Malay and Chinese. Other language requests require testing before I confirm them.
This gig covers the agreed booking workflow. Food ordering, delivery management and medical advice are outside the scope.

Do my customers need an app?
No. Customers use WhatsApp. Staff tools depend on the package; some workflows use Telegram and the premium package includes a web panel.
Which WhatsApp is it?
The official WhatsApp Business Platform. Before ordering, we confirm whether you have the required Meta business account and a suitable number. Activation can depend on Meta verification and approval.
What languages?
Fixed replies support English, Malay and Chinese. Free-text answers depend on the configured AI model. Tell me which additional languages you need so we can test them before I confirm support.
What if it answers wrongly?
We test the agreed business rules and booking flows before handover. The workflow includes staff handoff. AI answers can be wrong, so tell me which answers must be fixed and when the assistant should pass the enquiry to a person.

Is this a one-time purchase or an ongoing service?
Includes setup and month one. Managed service then costs $80/month (Basic), $150/month (Standard) or $300/month (Premium), paid through Fiverr. Meta WhatsApp messaging is billed separately to your business by Meta. Confirm your account setup and charges before ordering.
Can you connect it to my existing systems?
Tell me the system and the workflow you need before ordering. I will confirm whether the integration is feasible and included, or whether it needs a separate Fiverr offer. Existing CRM, calendar, payment and custom-system integrations are not assumed to be included.
