I only have a Canva link or flattened PDF/JPG, not a source PSD/AI file. Can you still fix it?

Why was my cover rejected when it worked fine on Amazon KDP?
IngramSpark uses different paper stock weights, spine width formulas, bleed dimensions, and color profiles (strict CMYK/PDF-X specs) compared to KDP. A file formatted for KDP will almost always be rejected by IngramSpark without adjustments.
Can you fix hardcovers as well as paperbacks?
