Life can be hard, and sometimes we need someone who can support us through it. That's where I come in. I approach every concern with a holistic view and learn what is most important to you. During our time together in sessions, we will discuss what your concern(s) are and collaborate on a path to the future you envision for yourself.
My previous experience:
I graduated with a Masters in Social Work in May 2018 and obtained my license to practice therapy in New York just 6 months later. I have interned as a therapist under clinical supervision from 2016. Since moving to the United Kingdom in 2019, I now provide intuitive coaching. I have certifications in trauma-informed care, and make it my mission to empower clients to learn who they are today to build a more generative and caring lifestyle for their future.

What issues or concerns do you coach on?
Your whole life is so connected that if there's a concern in one area, it likely affects another area of your life. I focus on your mindset, and we work on a solution for your more tangible concern together to best support you.
What is the difference between coaching and therapy?
While there's overlap between coaching and therapy to build long-lasting changes that best support a client, the main difference is that a therapist treats, and/or diagnoses mental health concerns. A coach, on the other hand, focuses on providing guidance and advice to support you in reaching goals.
Do you provide therapy?
No. While I have qualifications as a therapist, I do not provide therapy. I do, however, lean on my knowledge to educate clients and if I suspect there is a need for therapy, I would suggest that to you so you can seek a therapist.
Can I still work with you even if I have a therapist?
Absolutely! I'm more than happy to work within an interdisciplinary team. Besides, sometimes we need different professionals for different reasons. While your therapist works with you to address any mental health concerns, I can work with you on building your mental fitness.
