What data do I need to provide?
Minimum: customer ID, order/event date, and revenue or subscription status. Any CSV or Excel export from Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe, or your CRM works.
What's the difference between churn analysis and cohort analysis?
Churn tells you how many customers left. Cohort analysis shows you when they left and which groups retain better — it's a deeper view. Standard includes both.
Can you work with subscription data (SaaS)?
Yes. Monthly recurring revenue, subscription start/end dates, and plan tiers are all handled.
I only have 3 months of data. Is that enough?
For churn rate and basic segments, yes. For cohort heatmaps and LTV you need at least 6 months. Message me with your data range first.
Do I get the code?
Yes. Every order includes a Jupyter notebook, clean and commented.
