What software do you use for PCB design?
I use Altium Designer and KiCad, depending on your preference and budget. Both produce industry-standard Gerber files accepted by any manufacturer.
How many layers can you design?
I design 2-layer, 4-layer, and up to 6-layer boards. For most ESP32 sensor projects, a 2-layer or 4-layer board is sufficient. I'll recommend the right stackup for your project.
Do you provide the firmware too?
Yes. I develop firmware using ESP-IDF or Arduino Framework with PlatformIO. I also work with FreeRTOS for multitasking and include WiFi/BLE networking, sensor drivers, and OTA update capability when needed.
What sensors can you integrate?
I have experience with temperature/humidity (DHT22, BME280), ultrasonic (HC-SR04), accelerometer/gyroscope (MPU6050), microphone (MAX9814), IR, photoresistor, knock, vibration, heartbeat, water level, voltage detection, magnetic reed, photodiode, camera modules, and LIDAR.

Absolutely. If you have a preferred microcontroller, sensor module, or existing schematic, send it to me and I'll integrate it into the design.
