3. How do you evaluate suppliers?
I assess suppliers based on available information, including capabilities, location, product or service fit, and your specific requirements. Only Premium package includes comparative evaluation.
4. Will you contact suppliers and request quotations?
Supplier outreach is included in the Premium package only. I can email up to 5 suppliers, with one follow-up each, to request information or quotations. Responses and quotations are not guaranteed.
5. What will I receive at the end of the project?
Basic: Excel supplier contact list. Standard: Excel comparison matrix with recommendations. Premium: Detailed Excel evaluation matrix, 1–2 page sourcing strategy report, and supplier outreach tracking sheet.
6. Can you guarantee the suppliers are reliable?
I conduct structured research using publicly available information, but I cannot guarantee supplier reliability, product quality, certifications, or performance. Independent verification may be necessary before purchasing.
