I'm Sera a trauma-informed coach with lived experience of a PTSD diagnosis and a toolkit of research-backed techniques. I understand this from the inside, not just the textbook.
I offer a steady, unhurried space to speak openly, be truly heard, and receive support that makes sense for where you are.

Do I need a formal PTSD diagnosis to book?
No diagnosis needed. If you are living with PTSD symptoms — whether formally diagnosed or not — this space is for you.
How is this different from PTSD therapy?
Therapy explores and processes trauma clinically. This coaching offers steady, present-focused support — grounding, nervous system awareness, and emotional stabilisation alongside or instead of therapy.
What if I get triggered during a session?
Your safety always comes first. Sessions move at your pace and you are always in control. If something feels too much, we slow down or stop. There is no pressure to go anywhere you are not ready to go.
Is this suitable for complex PTSD (cPTSD)?
Yes. Many of my clients live with cPTSD. The support is tailored to you — your patterns, your nervous system, your pace. Nothing is one-size-fits-all here.
Can I book ongoing sessions for consistent support?
Absolutely — consistency is one of the most supportive things for a dysregulated nervous system. Ongoing sessions are available and warmly encouraged. 💛
