While obtaining my Audio Engineering degree, I got to learn from the music industry's top engineers:

• Doug Olson (Smashing Pumpkins, L7)

Since then I have been recording, mixing, & mastering local bands in the midwest.

My biggest inspiration is the music & production of BRAND NEW, Nirvana, Silversun Pickups, Death Cab for Cutie, Tigers Jaw, Jay-Z, Lupe Fiasco, Modest Mouse, & Goth Babe among others.

I LOVE playing and mixing emo, screamo, alternative rock, grunge, shoegaze, hip hop, singer/songwriter, goth rock, 80's rock, U.K. rock & indie rock bands.

I have done live sound mixing for Mike Mains and the Branches, Briar Rabbit, & Illmaculate. In 2013, I was awarded the Madison Hip Hop Awards, "Engineer of the Year."
